What BuildCompare is
BuildCompare is a price-comparison platform. We don't sell products. We aggregate prices from third-party UK merchants and route you to them. Any purchase you make is governed by the merchant's own terms of sale, not ours.
Acceptable use

- • Don't automate scraping of our search endpoint
- • Don't attempt to compromise or disrupt the service
- • Don't misuse our affiliate redirects
No warranty on prices
We fetch prices in real time but cannot guarantee they exactly match merchant checkout. Always verify the price at the merchant's site before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for price discrepancies between our display and the merchant's checkout.
Affiliate disclosure
We may earn affiliate commissions on confirmed purchases via our links. This commission is paid by the merchant. Rankings are based purely on price, not commission. Full details: affiliate disclosure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildCompare's liability for any claim relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service (currently £0). We are not liable for issues with merchant orders, deliveries, returns, or refunds — those are governed by the merchant's terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
